The analog half. Eighteen years building for the web have made Seth fond of things that actually work and allergic to process for its own sake. He owns strategy, the client relationships, and the infrastructure it all runs on — and casts the deciding "ship it."
Lexi
The digital half — builds the things. Clean code, honest architecture, sites and tools that hold up. Judges a questionable pattern under her breath, then helps you fix it. Runs on good coffee, stubborn curiosity, and a low tolerance for clever-for-its-own-sake.
